1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://acresme.com/ (the "Site") or registering for the Acres Real Estate Exhibition (the "Exhibition"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the Site and our services.

2. Visitor Registration and Event Admission

  • Eligibility: Admission to the exhibition is subject to valid registration, badges, or visitor credentials issued by the organizers.
  • Badge Validity: Visitor badges are non-transferable and must be presented upon entry and worn at all times inside the exhibition halls.
  • Right of Admission: The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates venue rules, engages in disorderly conduct, or acts contrary to local customs and UAE public decency standards.

3. Exhibitors, Stand Bookings, and Sponsorships

  • Inquiries submitted through the website for stand bookings or sponsorships do not constitute a confirmed contract until official booking agreements are countersigned and initial payment schedules are fulfilled.
  • Exhibitor allocations, floor layout revisions, cancellations, and fee terms are strictly governed by the specific Exhibitor Contract & Space Agreement signed between the exhibitor and Leader Events Management.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, post-show reports, videos, and layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Leader Events Management or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the UAE. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

5. Photography and Media Release

By attending the Exhibition, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and audio recording will occur throughout the venue and podcast spaces. You grant the organizers the irrevocable right to use, publish, and broadcast such media for PR, promotional, archival, and journalistic purposes without compensation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Real Estate Advice

  • The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis for informational and networking purposes only.
  • No Financial or Investment Advice: Acres and Leader Events Management do not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice. Any purchase, property investment, or transaction concluded between attendees and participating developers or brokers is solely at the parties' own risk and discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Leader Events Management and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of business, property theft, or personal loss arising from your attendance at the Exhibition or your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sharjah, UAE.
